There is no "buy in" or entrance
fee at Baywood, and there are no hidden costs. Residents maintain
control of their own assets.
The monthly fee covers an array of amenities, including meals (two meals
for Independent Living residents and three meals for Assisted Living and
Skilled Nursing residents), weekly cleaning and linen service, local transportation,
and a caring, attentive staff available 24 hours a day. |
