neighborhood. Common areas are comfortable, brightly lit, well-appointed
and well-enjoyed. Our buildings and grounds are attractively maintained,
with landscaped pathways, and diverse residents' flower and vegetable
gardens. A lap-sized swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa and gazebo are conveniently
located, between the trees and lounge chairs. |
Baywood is very much a part of the lovely
residential community that surrounds us in Castro Valley. Each year, the
children and grandchildren of our residents, employees, and neighbors
come to Baywood for holiday events and to enjoy barbecues and community
celebrations.
