| What
are the advantages of a multi-level retirement community? |
With three levels of living on one campus, residents
are never far from friends and family. Independent and Assisted Living
residents enjoy a full complement of amenities
and an array of activities and programs.
Independent Living apartments are
offered for an affordable monthly fee that includes breakfast and dinner,
weekly housekeeping, local transportation and a host of other services
and programs.
Assisted Living is rented by the month,
and includes the same services and amenities as Independent Living, as
well as the noon meal and attentive personal assistance with bathing,
medications, dressing, and activities of daily living.
Our Skilled Nursing Facility is for
rehabilitation and nursing care, and charges are on a daily basis. Health
insurance may cover some eligible Skilled Nursing costs. Assisted Living
and Skilled Nursing qualify for most custodial long-term care insurance
policies.
