What are the advantages of living in a multi-level retirement community? With three levels of living all located on one campus, Baywood Court residents are never far from friends and family. Our independent and assisted living residents enjoy the full complement of amenities Baywood Court has to offer, plus an array of interesting activities and programs. What are the differences between independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care in our Health Center? Baywood Court’s independent living apartments are offered for an affordable monthly fee that includes breakfast and dinner, weekly housekeeping, local transportation, and a host of other services and programs. Our assisted living accommodations are also rented by the month, and include the same services and amenities available to our independent living residents, plus a mid-day meal and attentive personal assistance with bathing, medications, dressing, and other daily activities. back to top

For those requiring a higher level of care, the Baywood Court Health Center provides rehabilitative and skilled nursing services. Licensed, fully equipped, and newly renovated, the Health Center features compassionate, round-the-clock, multidisciplinary care provided by a warm, friendly and experienced staff. Our progressive rehabilitative therapies are specifically designed to get Health Center residents back to health and into their homes. In addition, we provide personalized long-term care programs and respite care services. back to top

What are the financial advantages of living at Baywood Court? At Baywood Court, there are no buy-in or entrance fees, and there are no hidden costs. If changing circumstances require you to move, there are no penalties. Baywood Court residents can manage their own assets. back to top

Who developed and operates Baywood Court? Baywood Court was developed and is operated by Eden Hospital Health Services Corporation, a nonprofit organization associated with the Eden Township Healthcare District. After collaborating extensively with older adults, Eden Hospital Health Services Corporation developed the nonprofit Baywood Court in 1990. back to top

How are residents involved in planning activities at Baywood Court? Baywood Court is a special place, thanks in a large part to the volunteer spirit of our residents. Many of our residents volunteer in one way or another, offering their many talents to help out with more than 100 volunteer efforts. Here, they create and participate in an extraordinary array of recreational and public-service activities.
