The first thing visitors notice at Baywood is the warm atmosphere provided
by staff. From the managers to the gardeners and maintenance staff to the
chef, our staff works at Baywood because they like our residents and want to
provide the best possible service. A crew of Environmental Services personnel
keeps Baywood looking spic and span. Many of our caring staff have been here
for years, and some are Baywood Pioneers, who started working here on opening
day.
