The first
thing visitors notice at Baywood is the warm atmosphere our staff provides.
Baywood staff is available 24-hours a day to meet our residents' needs
— in an emergency, and on a daily basis. Many of our caring staff
have been at Baywood Court for years, and some are Baywood Pioneers,
who started working here on opening day.
From our managers to the gardeners and maintenance staff to the chef,
our staff works at Baywood because they like our residents and want to
provide the best possible service. A crew of Environmental Services personnel
keeps Baywood clean and well maintained.

Baywood's
director and department managers are always accessible to our residents.
Regular meetings are scheduled between staff and residents to discuss
points of interest and ways to enhance our programs and services to the
Baywood community.
